- Need more than your plan includes? Buy credits — £0.88 each, down to £0.80 in the largest pack. They cost more per document than any plan because they ask nothing in return: no commitment, and they never expire, even if you cancel.
- For a small overage, credits are the cheaper fix: moving up a plan buys a whole new monthly allowance, not the few documents you are short. Upgrading only pays off once you are over by roughly 51 documents on Solo, 101 on Starter or 226 on Business. Ask us if you are near that line — we would rather work it out with you than sell you the wrong plan.

What happens when it gets something wrong?
It tells you. Every cell carries a confidence score, and anything below the threshold is flagged amber rather than filled in silently. Click a value and we show you where in the source it came from. Our promise is not zero mistakes — it is zero silent mistakes.
What counts as one document?
One file. A ten-page PDF is one document, not ten pages — which is where we differ from tools priced per page. A scan or a photo counts as 1.5, because reading an image costs us more.
Do you train AI models on my documents?
No. Your files are stored in London and processed in the EU; the model call runs under a data processing agreement with zero retention. Everything is deleted automatically after 30 days, or 24 hours after download if you turn on privacy mode.
What if my template changes?
Re-scan it and we show you the old and new fields side by side before anything is applied. Existing documents keep the version they were converted with, so nothing changes underneath you.
